1. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we ship only within the United States (USA). At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
3. Shipping Time
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 Business Days.
- Shipping Cost: FREE Shipping on all USA orders.
4. Order Tracking
Want to check your order status? It's quick and easy.
Simply enter your tracking number from your shipping confirmation email and click "Track" to view the latest shipping updates.
Please Note: Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been shipped.
5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately at yuppypetshop34@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your address before your order ships.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
